Anticipated Project Schedule
The Title 19 Zoning Code Rewrite project has an anticipated six-year timeline. Over the course of these six years, the project team will be discussing, drafting, presenting, listening, redrafting, and finalizing the new Title 19 zoning code. The project is divided into seven distinct phases. Each phase has associated tasks. The diagram below provides an overview of what phases and tasks are planned to be accomplished during which year. Please keep in mind that while every effort will be made to keep to this schedule, unexpected events, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, may require the project team to adjust tasks and timeframes to ensure sufficient opportunity for input.
